How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We aim to have all orders, including custom and personalized orders, en route and dispatched SAME DAY or within 1 day! Please see below shipping timeframes:

You release and discharge all involved in the production and maintenance of this shop from any and all liabilities.
What happens if my order was lost/stolen?
Unfortunately, lost mail and mail theft happens from time to time. Please check unusual delivery areas such as side doors, garages, front or back porch, somebody that you live with and your neighbours. Please allow a few days to see if your package turns up. Sometimes, packages will say “delivered” but has not made its way to you yet but is en route and very close to you.
If we still have no luck locating your package, please contact your local postal services to report a mail theft/lost claim. I will file a Missing Claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Please double check your addresses! As I do not accept or refund or exchanges, I am not responsible for refunding your orders that are shipped to incorrect address or if your package is returned for any reason.
If your package has been re-sent back to me, there will be a $15 re-shipping fee for Canada and USA orders and $20 re-shipping fee for international orders.
Can I cancel an order?
As processing times are short and most items are hand made, this means your gem is already being processed and ready to ship! Unfortunately, once orders have been placed, they cannot be cancelled.
